I FINALLY BEAT MOTHER/EARTHBOUND 0!!!

im sick so i spent the whole morning playing it.

AND I BET IT! YAY!

Giegue only took me 2 tries O_o Giygas was x1000 scarier... I... m... h... a... p... p... y... NessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNessNess....

still gives me nightmares...


anyways, the story was much shorter than Earthbound but it took me longer to finish due to all the level grinding! gah!

School is finally finished for the term and im so happy

my grades were... not so good... 2 B's and 3 C's

my exam grades were worse...

but eh.

thanks to my computer hunting i now have not so much in my bank, so i dont think i can spend much at AVCon, which i can hardly wait for is coming x3 and im dragging and who are going to show up in Visual K and Gothic Lolita and my brother, whos going as himself and a whole bunch of my friends are going too. ITS GOING TO BE GREAT!
I really wanna see The Proposal, Ice Age 3, Transformers and Harry Potter! D:

im also planning on deleting my MySpace and making a Facebook instead...

Oh yeah, MJ. thats over a week old now, but still, his death was a bit of a shock to me. i loved his music, and he was cute when he was in the Jackson 5. My 3rd grade teacher introduced us to him and we listened to his songs in class and watched some video clips. good times. But you know, he was dead for less than 24 hours and people already started making jokes. Maybe its just us Australians, but we tend to be a bit laid back about this kind of thing.

Hmm... celebrities are dropping like flies...

now that the holidays have started, i really hope ill update my art more with some Vocaloid and Haruhi Suzumiya art... maybe more Ouran and some random anime. i just dont know what to draw anymore :\

MY NEW COMPUTER HAS BEEN SET UP! HAAAAAAA!

well the family one at least... i still have to wait to get a new comp desk before i can set mine up.

Anyways, i've watched all of K-On in the space of one night and morning. what is with KyoAni making such short series? the manga went way further than the 2nd culture fest... oh and i read all of the manga in the space of one day. But anyways, it's such a cute cute cute series! Moe ftw. Moe!Mio FTFW! and Tsumugi's Yuri complex... ahahaha XDDD

Haruhi Suzumiya is kinda bugging me atm... its still awesome, but come one... theres 3 episodes so far based on the same thing! i thought for sure the arc would conclude on the 3rd ep... im amazed at how they managed to drag one chapter from the novel into 4 eps. are they doing the Sighs?

Oh and i totally caught a few episodes of Flapjack, omfg. that cartoon is so awesome xDD it's like Spongebob, but darker and more twisted and awkward but its absolute

Okay so we all changed our minds and decided to see Transformers.

Id rather watch Ice Age 3 ._.

i mean dont get me wrong, Transformers is awesome, its just the movie... was... well...

all it consisted of was Megan Fox fanservice, asplosions, crude sexual humour, moar asplosions, and less than epic robot battles. i mean, the camera angles were so crazy and everything was moving too fast i didn't know what robot hit what. despite how awesome the CG effects were, i found myself looking past the screen. The plot was mediocre. i mean, if they took out the excess asplosions and pointless plot points that were pointless (like that college girl. she was into Sam, find out shes a decepticon, blow up half the college... then what? its like that whole thing was pointless from the start) then they could've developed the plot a little more and made it more interesting and deep. i mean, most of the dialogue was all "AFHDFDJKH ROBOT ALIENS KILLING US ALL DGSGFSKDGFK!! *insert important plot monologue here* MOAR ASPLODIN ROBOTS GSAGKSAGJFGSJAFSsafhSFJHJ!!!11ONE why wont you say you love me? D
i mean i like my action movies, but only if they have a solid and well developed plot backing it up. but those are rare.

Good points were Bumblebee, but he wasn't as cute as he was in the first movie D: also those twin robots were funny. sure they talked like bad 90's gangsters, but they had their charm and one liners. so there.
Umm... the CG effects were good and im always impressed by the little details they put into the robots but you know, visual wise can only go so far for a movie to stand its ground.
Sam's mum was hilarious.

one thing that really bugged me though, "Autobots, rollout!" wasn't even said once. not even once! WTH?! and you call this a Tranaformers movie D
ultimately, Michael Bay sucks balls. All his movies consist of are asplosions and boobs.

about halfway through the movie, i just wanted it to end -3-

OPTIMUS PRIME IS GOD!

oh and watching the trailers, that movie 2012... AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OMFG! how many end of the world movies do we fucking need?! oh and its from the same director as Independence Day and The Day After Tomorrow and they both sucked, especially Independent Day, so this movie is most definitely going to suck.

i actually have my own theories by what the Mayans meant when the world would end in 2012, but its not the world collapsing into itself...

Anyways, i also saw the trailer for The Ugly Truth and it looks good.

i wanna go see Ice Age 3 and Harry Potter 6 T3T

also, the Hannah Montana movie but for shits and giggles. And Up, but i dont know when thats coming out D:

I saw Ice Age 3 like a week ago.

It was awesome. so much better than IA2. Buck was hilarious. The only thing that bugged me was that maybe it was a bit too short, and Manny seemed a bit OOC (okay i know he's worried about the baby like a normal father but still.. thought it was a bit OOC for Manny) but i still loved it. Of course the whole randomly dinosaurs have been living underneath all this time with no explanation bugged me too. but know what? the movie worked and it was enjoyable so i dont really care.

I also saw Harry Potter 6. It was awesome, but at the same time not so awesome. There was just so many things they missed out and so many things they changed around. The whole Weasley house burning was not in the book at all, and the whole Harry/Ginny thing was strange. i mean, Ginny pulled one on Harry when in the book it was Harry who ate her face XD
Also, i think Lavenders name was only mentioned... once or twice... O_o
somehow i think the scenes seemed a bit detatched and things happened suddenly. i think if they could spend a few more minutes fine tuning the details, sure it might make the movie a lil bit longer but it's worth it.

I just hope they dont fuck up Deathly Hallows ._.

I have my new computer set up in my room now! its so spiffy! the guy also downloaded Photoshop for me but its an old CS version... ah wells. Also i have a Facebook now and deleted my MySpace xDDD. I also finished Another Code: Two Memories thanks to Ashley is so cute, and so is D but i wonder how Ashley got such white hair if her mum had black and her dad had blonde...

I started school again.
school depresses me. we're only halfway through our first week and already they're talking to us about our subject choices for next year and our future. i hate those talks. they depress me. i hate school.
we're reading McBeth in English, Building a gas BBQ in Computer Aided Design, a whole bunch of shit in Art, ate that new vegemite in Design (i actually liked it though... most people dont...), talking about WW1 and the Cold War and Australia's involvement in Aus Studies and got a new teacher for Jap coz ours went on leave for a few weeks.
i dunno... if year 11 is hard on me, i wonder if i can handle year 12? v_v

Im excited though coz OMFG AVCON THIS WEEKEND
is coming... omfg tomorrow D:
but i dont think i can see her before AVCon... coz im working Thurs and Fri night, coz i took the whole weekend off... plus i have school and... D:

I totally met up with and and who flew in all the way from Perth! i was so excited to finally meet , we've been talking for... 3 years? wow... thats a long time. Anyways, i totally had to skip my last lesson just to spend more time with them before i had to go to work. I'm going to meet them at their hotel tomorrow morning and we're gonna change into our cosplay and then we're gonna have funz! 8D

AVCon was so fucking sweet

Saturday

On Sat morning i arrived at my lovelies hotel room and we got ready for cosplay. The wig was giving me the most trouble. My armor stuck out heaps, it was a little too big. When we arrived there did her cosplay chess thingy and watched so me and went walking around. There were so many great cosplays! and every 5 seconds someone would stop us to take photos xD
so we walked around and took a quick look at all the stalls and stuff. There wasn't much compared to last year. AVCon last year, though small, had a lot more merch than this year. When my brother turned up i had to try and help him find where we sign up for the brawl tournament. On the way though who was cosplaying Ed (and she is awesome btw) was leading a Hare Hare Yukai, so i joined in Anyways, after the cosplay chess we hung around for a while and there were these group of asian guys who came up to us and tried to guess what we were. One of them thought we were from WoW and we're like "._. NO!" and after their many guesses we told them we were from Fire Emblem and they shook their heads, so we told them from Smash Bro's (except for who was Soren) and they still shook their heads xD later we decided to go back to hotel room to change into our South Park cosplay. who was usually Kyle cosplayed Stan, so i was Kyle, was Kenny and was Craig. The South Park one was more popular than the Fire Emblem one xDD
considering last year when i didn't even cosplay at all, now that i have this year, i could hardly move everyone was taking photos D:
We bought a collection of badges and then we decided to have lunch. soft drinks, chips and pocky. yay! they were running a maid cafe, but it wasn't that great. i think next year they should have a massive maid cafe with proper catering and coffee and everything. Oh and they should have asian food, like sushi and noodles. none of this deep fried potatoes and pies Dafter that we decided to call it a day and we headed back to the hotel to change into normal clothes and we headed to ShinTokyo to buy stuff coz there was nothing at AVCon xD
i bought me more FMA manga, 4 little Prof. Layton figurines (my gosh they're so cute!) a Death Note replica, an Alphonse beanie which i love to tiny tiny bits, and Lucky Star collection 2. ShinTokyo was packed with people from AVCon because of the lack of merch compared to last year. We met an awesome Cloud there. Luckily ShinTokyo was having a sale xD i feel sorry for them though, due to the amount of people there they were open like an hour overtime.
After that we walked to chinatown to get something to eat and walked back to the hotel to eat it. yay chinese foodz! after eating we watched PPG, which i haven't watched in so long, but i still love it! then we went to bed.


Sunday

We arrived early in our Fire Emblem cosplay. I left the armor off so it wouldn't get in the way of everyone. was on the Yuri panel however it was restricted to 18 and over T^T they had also canceled the Yaoi panel! GAH! so i couldn't get in and watch so

Shmello!

Im here updating you on my dads laptop from the Gold Coast! 8D

Thursday

I slept at dads the night before, and we had to wake up at 5:00am. By 5:20 the taxi came and took us to the airport. After getting our tickets and bags checked and all that we got hungry jacks brekky (so much for my diet) and boarded the plane at 7:30 or something

It's been ages since ive last been on a plane but take off is so fun! Me and my sibs threw our hands up! xD the seats were a little cramped though. But omg the view was bamazing!

during the 2 hour flight i played my ds. I started Elite Beat Agents and my god it's whack xD

when we landed the weather was so warm, and we were wearing jackets and stuff coz it's so cold back in adelaide and we were burning up, we just wanted to go back to the motel to change xD

Our motel is pretty nice! its spacious and it even has foxtel and a dishwasher! and it's right by the beach
Atfer getting settled and changing into cooler clothes we went shopping! we went to the pacific plaza which is so nice and pretty!
i bought a pair of awesome shoes, then we all had lunch. i got sushi and omfg it was the nicest sushi ive ever had ever. then i got a fruit salad and chai latte smoothie
THEN WE WENT SHOPPING ALL DAY YO!

i bought so much, i have less than $100 now D:
but i dont regret buying anything
but i absolutely hate it when you find an awesome top but they dont have your size, or it fits everywhere but on your bewbs D:

we shopped till the sun went down. Then my dad and his gf bought food and stuff to bring back to motel so we could eat xDD

OH! AND WE ALSO BOUGHT KRISPY KREMES! OMFG THEY DONT HAVE THESE IN ADELAIDE! they are the bestest donuts ever!

and now we're just watching tv and chilling. its kinda cold because we're so close to the beach.

i think tomorrow we'll be going to sea world

(lol i wrote monday instead of thursday, i think all this QLD air is getting to my head xD)

WE WENT TO SEA WORLD TODAY!

i saw so many fishies and and sharks and stingrays and it was so coooool!

i went on the Viking Flume ride, it was awesome. My sister got so soaked though xD i was hardly wet at all. Then i went on the Jet Rescue ride and omfg it was wild. i was screaming "OH MY FUCKING GOD!" so much xDD

then we went and got some lunch, then my dads gf went to swim with the dolphins and we watched. it was so cool, dolphins are so adorable. there was one who danced around in circles it was so funny xD

after that dad's gf's daughter went on all the kiddy rides. Then we went and looked at all the gift shops and then we went home xD

im just about to eat dinner now.

i think we're going to Dream World tomorrow.

PS. Chapter 98 of FMA! Izumi and Olivia together are unstoppable and immortal. Izumi slapping people with her shoe was pure win too

I went on the raptor ride and nick central and the motor ride and the log ride and the rapid ride and it got me wet but it was awesome!

i also saw the spongebob show! (it was lame, but who cares xD)

i wanted to get some merch but it's all expensive

my dad's gf son, my dad and sis all went on the claw. im like no wai 8D not for me. i prefer roller coasters really.

AND WE SAW THE TIGER SHOW AND OMFG THEY'RE SO CUTE
and and and, we stayed there a little after hours xD

I GOT A SNOW CONE! I DUNNO WHATS SO GREAT, BUT I GOT ONE! AND IM GONNA GET ANOTHER AT MOVIE WORLD TOMORROW!

My dad's gf son and my sister went on the Lethal Weapon first. While they did that i went and checked out all the merch and stuff. I bought a little Taz cusion and a Gingy plush and i went into the Harry Potter store which was omfg awesome. i bought a harry, ron, hermione and hedwig plush and a little snitch keyring. they were so cute x3 Then they came and met me there and then we went on the wild west falls which was awesome! (i actually went on twice xD) totally beats the crap out of those at Dream and Sea World. Then we went and got something to eat at an all you can eat, and then like straight to Kids WB and onto the road runner coaster which was pretty good for a kids ride. Actually before th...

i downloaded prof layton right. the new one right. and i go and like, put it on my r4 and like... start it... and then it tells me that IT COULDN'T READ THE GODDAMN DATA!

so like, i tried downloading from another source. but that stopped halfway through. and the others weren't even the game. then i got desperate and the end result was a virus on my computer.

dont worry, its fixed now.

no, i love Flora, but i just wish she'd... you know... do something to help... and be useful... or something.

i did that whole save before doing a puzzle use your hint coins and find the right answer, switch off then switch back on, play puzzle without using hint coins and losing picarats. BUT SILLY OLD ME GOT CONFUSED AND SO I SAVED AFTER I USED THE HINT COINS. NOW IM MISSING 3 AND IT PISSES ME OFF.
